The Blind Vendors Committee consists of 11 elected members from across the state of Kentucky. The State Committee of Blind Vendors was established to actively participate with the Office for the Blind in the major administrative and policy decisions affecting the overall administration of the Randolph Sheppard Vending Facility Program and to perform other functions across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
