Photo of Barbara Miller "Wherever you live in Kentucky, there is an Office for the Blind regional office near you.  The counselor at your local office will help you prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment.  A variety of other services are also available such as training for independent living skills and orientation and mobility.  There are no fees for our services."
